What TaskForge collects, why, and how it is protected. Last updated October 2, 2026.

This is a generic template provided with the software. The operator of this site should have it reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before launch.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, hashed password), optional profile details (phone, location, bio, photo, social handles), payout details you provide, your task submissions and earnings history.

If you verify your identity, we also collect your legal name, date of birth, nationality, ID type and number, address, phone number and images of your ID document.

How we use it

To run the service, review work quality, pay you, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data.

How identity documents are protected

ID images are stored in a private location that is not reachable from the public web folder and are delivered only through an authenticated page to you and to administrators who review verification requests. ID numbers are masked to the last four characters in lists. Images are stored as uploaded and are not altered.

Passwords

Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes. Administrators cannot read your password.

Retention and your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or for deletion of your account, contact support@example.com. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as payment history.
