Getting started

Create an account, complete your profile, and take the qualification test. To pass you need at least 80% correct over a minimum of 5 items. Paid batches unlock once you pass.

Why can I not see any batches?

A category only lists batches that are active and still have open tasks. When every task in a batch is done it disappears. New batches are published by administrators, so check back later.

Pending vs available balance

Pending earnings are waiting for quality review or agreement. Available balance can be requested as a payout.

Requesting a payout

Save your payout details in your profile, complete identity verification, then request a payout from your wallet (minimum $5.00). An administrator pays it manually and marks it paid.

Identity verification

Upload clear, full-size photos of the front and back of your ID (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each). Passports need the photo page only. You can resubmit if a review asks for changes.
